Heather O'Hanlon

Heather O’Hanlon joined Stifel RMG Group in January 2016 as a Client Service Associate for Jennie Rush and Glen Ness. She is responsible for providing client service and administrative support.

Although new to Stifel RMG Group, Heather is no stranger to the team as she spent her prior 10 years providing them with great customer service as the Starbucks store manager in the Civica office building. Her background is replete with experience in all aspects of business, including finance, inventory, problem solving, human resources, but most importantly, client satisfaction. As the leader in client satisfaction at Starbucks, she brings her brand of personalized service to Stifel RMG Group as a way of building and maintaining client relationships.

Heather received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Education from the University of Delaware. She lives in Renton with her husband and three children.
