John-Erik “John” Anderson works with individual clients in the design and management of their investment portfolios based on their overall financial goals, risk tolerance, time horizon, and tax implications. With more than 40 years of experience in the investment industry, John provides his clients with professional wealth management and customized strategies using stocks, bonds, and cash equivalents. John limits his practice to those who value the benefits of professional guidance.
John began his career as a registered financial advisor with the Seattle office of EF Hutton in 1983. He worked with Smith Barney and Prudential Securities before joining A.G. Edwards in 2003. In January 2014, John made the decision to join the RMG Group of Stifel in Bellevue, where he joined a group of friends with a like-minded investment philosophy. John is a graduate of Willamette University in Salem, Oregon.
John and his wife, Lolly, live in Redmond, where they raised their three girls. John coached soccer for many years for the Crossfire Premier Soccer Club. He also coached the Girls Varsity Soccer Team at Nathan Hale High School in Seattle and spent 12 seasons coaching the Boys Varsity Soccer Team at Eastlake High School, where they won numerous league titles and one State Championship. John still enjoys soccer, but spends his free time playing golf, fishing, and traveling with his family.
Aislinn Baker provides support to both Kevin Tucker and Mike Tucker with all administrative functions of their business and addressing individual client needs as requested. With Aislinn’s previous branch experience, she also plays a role to support the operational functions in the branch.
Aislinn’s career with Stifel began two years after graduating from college in June 2011, when she joined the local Stifel branch in Billings, Montana. Aislinn worked with a team of advisors in the Billings office before transferring to the Bellevue RMG Group of Stifel in June 2015.
Aislinn was born and raised in Seattle, growing up in Sandpoint Neighborhood. She later moved to Montana to attend Carroll College, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. Aislinn has family in the Bellevue area and has enjoyed reconnecting with local friends. When away from the office, Aislinn can be found outdoors enjoying the abundant recreational activities that the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
Lauren Boone joined Stifel in December 2015. Along with maintaining administrative business functions and serving clients as needed, Lauren’s diverse skill set allows her to provide operational and marketing support for the branch.
With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Seattle University, Lauren has a strong background in client communications and public relations. She previously worked as a Content Manager at a local business marketing agency, 4th Avenue Media, and served the Microsoft Corporate Public Relations (PR) and Windows PR teams as an Assistant Account Executive at Waggener Edstrom. After graduation, Lauren worked in Milan, Italy, supporting regional Amazon Italy PR efforts at a boutique agency, Mirandola Comunicazione.
Eager to learn and serve in a dynamic, fast-changing industry, Lauren joined RMG Group of Stifel to provide personalized client service and a fresh point of view. She holds Series 7 and 63 securities licenses. A Pacific Northwest native, she enjoys traveling, hiking, spending time with friends and family, and live music.
Andy Campbell began his career as a financial advisor in 1987 with Murphey Favre in Seattle and joined Ragen MacKenzie in 1997. In 2011, he was instrumental in launching RMG Asset Management, LLC as a founding Principal and Director. Andy and the entire RMG Asset Management group moved to Stifel in 2013.
With more than 35 years of experience as a financial advisor in the Northwest, Andy works with his clients to assess their financial goals, investment objectives, time horizon, risk tolerance, and tax status to develop individual investment portfolios using a disciplined, value-based philosophy. He builds customized strategies for his clients that incorporate stocks, mutual funds, bonds, exchange traded funds (ETFs), and cash equivalents.
Andy lives with his wife and daughter on the Eastside. When not rooting for the Colorado State Rams (where his son attends college), he enjoys hiking, skiing, reading, and cooking.
Cathie Eichenberger brings more than 35 years of investment industry experience to RMG Group. She began her brokerage career at E.F. Hutton and, through a series of mergers, ended up at Smith Barney. In her experience, she gained valuable office and managerial skills that elevated her to operations manager, but it was her diverse knowledge in securities and dedication to clients that brought her back to client service. In 2000, she began working with Joan Fisher at Ragen MacKenzie and now at Stifel.
Cathie’s heart is in helping manage client needs. She is selfless, hardworking, and devoted to helping clients navigate the investment world.
Cathie has served as a math and reading helper to pre and elementary school kids. She has packed supplies with Medical Teams International and Lutheran World Relief. Cathie and her family also participate in the annual Beach Clean Up in Manzanita, Oregon.
She has lived in Portland with her husband and two kids since 1987. She loves spending time with her daughter and watching her son play ice hockey.
Joan Fisher has experience as a financial advisor that spans more than 40 years and two states. She is devoted to understanding investments, the economy, world markets, and the companies in which she invests. Her investing approach helps clients develop portfolios that accurately address their financial needs and tolerance for risk.
In Montana, Joan participated in the last training class of regional brokerage firm Foster & Marshal. After Shearson Lehman Brothers acquired the firm, she relocated to Portland in 1984 and became a student of Benjamin Graham, the father of value investing. In 1990, she followed the research team to Ragen MacKenzie. As a founding member of the Portland branch, Joan proved to be an invaluable asset to the firm. After 21 years, she followed the research department to join the members of RMG Group to continue practicing their value-investment discipline.
Joan has tutored underprivileged students in the Help One Student to Succeed reading program and was a board member of the Contemporary Crafts Museum in Portland.
Joan relocated from Portland to Bellevue in 2022. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs, walking, reading, exercising, and spending time on Cannon Beach.
M. “Greg” Foster began his career in the investment industry in 1992 as a trader on the Ragen MacKenzie OTC Trading Desk. He then joined the Ragen MacKenzie office in Mount Vernon as an investment advisor. In 2000, he moved to the Bellevue office, where he worked alongside many of his current colleagues until his move to McAdams Wright Ragen in 2010.
In August 2014, Greg made the decision to return to his roots and rejoin his friends back in the Bellevue office of the RMG Group of Stifel. Greg works with his private clients to develop investment portfolios using a disciplined, value-based strategy.
Greg is a prominent member of the University of Washington Alumni. He continues to support the University as a Member of the Gates Volunteer Service Award Committee, whose focus is to recognize and honor long-time volunteers to the U of W. Additionally, Greg is the Chairman of the Board for the Foster Foundation, a Family Foundation that provides funding to nonprofit organizations whose programs benefit Pacific Northwest communities.
Greg is very involved with his four children, keeping him very busy when he is not in the office or supporting his philanthropic endeavors.
Jon Garberg has been providing wealth management services for successful individuals, families, and business executives for more than 35 years, starting as a financial advisor with E.F. Hutton in 1987. As a native of the Pacific Northwest, he is committed to his clients, family, and community. Jon currently serves on the Investment Committee and is a past Board of Trustee for the Bellevue Schools Foundation, is a past President of the Seattle Bond Club, and coaches youth sports. Jon is a graduate of Western Washington University and lives in Bellevue with his wife and three children, where they actively enjoy the Northwest outdoors. His interests include golf, skiing, and music.
Jeanine started her career more than 35 years ago with Murphy Favre in Seattle. She is licensed as a Senior Registered Client Service Associate and previously worked with Jon in the Corporate Client Services Group at Piper Jaffray. Jon and Rebecca have come to rely on Jeanine’s many years of experience and her attention to detail. Clients appreciate Jeanine’s personalized service, as she is quick and professional in handling account administration and corporate client service needs. Jeanine lives in Seattle with her husband and two daughters. While away from the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, and gardening.
Nicole Hansen is the Operations Manager for this Stifel branch and has gained her expertise through nearly two decades of experience in the industry.
Nicole began her career at Ragen MacKenzie in April 1992. She worked as a sales assistant while attending the University of Washington. Later, she became an Assistant Vice President and the Human Resource Consultant for the firm. In April 2001, she left The Ragen MacKenzie Group of Wells Fargo to join a business-consulting group as their Director of Operations. And in May of 2011, she rejoined a group that she considers her family, the people of RMG Group.
Nicole is a member of SHRM, Society for Human Resource Management. She is married with two young and adorable kids and one large, drooly dog, Nelson. Nicole enjoys being outside as much as possible - jogging, playing at the beach, hiking with the family, riding bikes, and simply enjoying the Northwest.
Michael Harkins is a 40-year veteran of the financial services industry. He works with private clients, using a disciplined investment strategy to help clients manage their personal and retirement portfolios.
Before joining Ragen MacKenzie in 1994, Michael spent 10 years with Kidder Peabody & Co. in Seattle, Washington. Michael earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from the University of Washington, but his allegiance remains to Washington State University, where he was enrolled during the early years of his college career.
Michael enjoys various activities, not the least of which is baseball. He is an avid fan who loves taking in the annual spring training camp in Phoenix, Arizona. He resides in Arlington, Washington, with his wife, Lorie. They have two grown sons.
Charter Harrison joined the RMG Group of Stifel in 2019, reuniting with many of the same high-quality people he started working with when he began his investment career at Ragen MacKenzie in 1993.
Charter learned much about the old school art of value investing and the management of equity and fixed income portfolios from legendary analysts and advisors of that time, including his father, George Harrison. George retired in 2000, which was the same year that Ragen MacKenzie was acquired by Wells Fargo Investments (now Wells Fargo Advisors). Charter later joined McAdams Wright Ragen in 2003, where he continued working after the firm’s merger with Baird until 2019.
Charter acquired the Certified Portfolio Manager® designation from The Academy of Certified Portfolio Managers, which held its classes at The Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Science at Columbia University. The CPM® designation complements his traditional approach to modern financial concepts and strategies. Its methodology involves assessing risk and potential return factors to justify a particular investment in a diversified portfolio.
Charter provides individuals, families, businesses, foundations, and endowments with time-tested investment guidance and personalized asset management. He listens to and understands his clients’ needs in order to help select investments aligned with those needs. He seeks to incorporate sector- or strategy-specific sleeves with a diversified and customized model portfolio that focuses on value, growth, and local northwest companies that complement balanced fixed income or cash flow ideas that are suitable for taxable or tax-deferred accounts.
Charter and his clients are fortunate to be working with Karen, who has been with the RMG Group since 2014. Similar to Charter, Karen began her career with Ragen MacKenzie and then moved to McAdams Wright Ragen in Bellevue prior to joining Stifel. She supports Charter in addressing a variety of client account issues and is committed to delivering top-tier, personalized service.
A Washington native, Charter graduated from The Overlake School in Redmond and earned a B.A. in Finance from Seattle University. He is active in his community and serves as president of the Kiwanis Club of Seattle, which is celebrating 100-plus years of helping kids in need. Charter is a “Guardian of Girt” helping support Y.E.T.I. Youth Experiential Training Institute. He also served as treasurer of The Kiwanis Club of Seattle, past president and past treasurer of the Seattle Bond Club, a past board member of Atlantic Street Center, and is an owner of Crystal Mountain Hotels.1
Charter lives with his family in the Leschi neighborhood of Seattle and is a member of the Seattle Tennis Club. He enjoys skiing at Crystal Mountain, water skiing and wake surfing on Lake Washington, playing tennis, golfing, and biking.

Kari Hayden began her career in the financial services industry in 1997 when she joined the Seattle office of Ragen MacKenzie. In 1999, Kari moved to the Bellevue office to work with Lance, and over the course of their long history together, Lance has come to rely on her for her attention to detail to support the managing of his practice. Kari assists in managing and rebalancing investment models. Rebecca Hellman has worked in Seattle in the financial industry for more than 30 years, starting with the Seattle regional firm of Harper, McLean. Her expertise focuses on fixed income, which she believes is the cornerstone of any diversified portfolio. During her tenure, she has experienced many cycles in interest rates and the economy. The many lessons learned from these cycles are applied to bond portfolio construction and management. Rebecca is a member of the Seattle 4 Rotary Club.
Randy Hulett has been in the investment industry for more than 30 years. Randy is a Northwest native who began his career in 1994 at Piper Jaffray. Prior to joining Stifel, Randy was with the Seattle office of Ragen MacKenzie - the private portfolio management division of Wells Fargo Investments - and the wealth management group of Morgan Stanley in Bellevue, Washington.
Randy earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Washington. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Eastside Domestic Violence Program and is a past board member of Sammamish Little League. He enjoys traveling with his family, coaching youth sports, snow skiing, and golf. Randy resides in Issaquah with his two teenage sons, Jacob and Nicholas.
Jim began his investment industry career in 1981 and joined Stifel in 2024. Prior to joining Stifel, he worked at Morgan Stanley and its predecessor firms. The foundation of Jim’s practice is built on mitigating risk and developing and maintaining long-term relationships with his clients. Jim’s four decades of experience has helped him navigate through various business cycles and volatile markets.

Kathie Knowlton works directly with Jeff Wirth. Her responsibilities include the day-to-day operation of their practice, money movement, transferring and gifting of assets, tax and performance reporting, and other client service responsibilities. She holds Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.
Kathie began her career with Shearson Loeb Rhoades in 1981. She helped open the Portland office of Ragen MacKenzie in 1990 and began working with Jeff in 1991. Kathie enjoys volunteering for the Boys and Girls Club, the Oregon Food Bank, and her son’s high school track and ski teams. Other interests include skiing, reading, photography, and gardening. Kathie lives in Portland with her husband and three children.

Mark began his investment career with Kidder Peabody & Co. in Seattle and joined Ragen MacKenzie in 1994. He held various management positions within the firm, including Director of Retail and President. He has also served as a Member of the Executive Committee. Mark has established himself as an effective, likeable leader – one with a well-deserved reputation for professionalism and integrity.
Mark earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Washington State University. He is a past Chairman of the Board of the Red Cross of Snohomish County, but still an active volunteer, as well as past President of the Seattle Bond Club and the Northwest Securities Industry Association.
Mark enjoys auto racing, skiing, and various other activities. He lives in Bellevue with his wife, Janet. They have three grown sons.

In 2011, Lance became a founding principal and Director of RMG Asset Management, LLC, which moved to Stifel in 2013. Lance was named as one of Barron’s Top 1,000 Financial Advisors and Top 25 Washington State Financial Advisors in 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2013.
Lance earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Western Washington University. He is a former member of the Board of Trustees of the Lake Washington Youth Soccer Association and is a past President and past Board member of the Crossfire Premier Soccer Club. He is a former Chairman of the Seafirst Bank/Butch Blum Classic golf tournament to benefit The Bob Hope Heart Institute. He has coached women’s basketball at Redmond High School, and he has been a volunteer for Redmond Boys and Girls Club, Redmond North Little League, and A.A.U. basketball.

Glen Ness has nearly 30 years of industry experience in the Northwest developing tailored portfolios for clients utilizing a disciplined value-based approach. Prior to joining the RMG Group at Stifel, Glen had been with Ragen MacKenzie since 2003.
Glen works closely with clients to fully assess their financial situation, including goals, risk tolerance, time horizon, and tax implications. In order to help clients with every facet of their financial needs, Glen has maintained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification since 2001 and the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® designation since 2018.
Glen and his wife, Samantha, live in Mill Creek with their four children: Madeline, Sofia, Duncan, and Theo. They love their community and enjoy staying involved in their kids’ athletic activities. Glen loves all sports, especially running, traveling with family, and reading good biographies. He is a committed Christian and, with his family, is actively involved at Alderwood Community Church.
Heather O’Hanlon joined the RMG Group at Stifel in January 2016 as a Client Service Associate for Jennie Rush and Glen Ness. She is responsible for providing client service and administrative support.
Prior to joining the RMG Group, Heather was no stranger to the team, as she spent her prior 10 years providing them with great customer service as the Starbucks store manager in the Civica office building. Her background is replete with experience in all aspects of business, including finance, inventory, problem solving, human resources, but most importantly, client satisfaction. As a leader in client satisfaction at Starbucks, she brings her brand of personalized service to the RMG Group as a way of building and maintaining client relationships.
Heather received a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education from the University of Delaware. She lives in Renton with her husband and three children.
Rob began his financial services career in 2016 and joined Stifel in 2022. Prior to joining Stifel, Rob worked as a Senior Investment Analyst at Russell Investments, providing guidance to institutional investors. He has also previously worked as a Senior Auditor at Deloitte & Touche LLP. Prior to his career in financial services, Rob competed as a professional golfer, competing in tournaments throughout the United States, Canada, and Southeast Asia.
Rob earned a B.A.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from Seattle University and holds Series 7 and 63 securities licenses. In addition, he earned the Chartered Financial Analyst and Certified Public Accountant designations.
Karen Okamura Rowe and M. Greg Foster have worked as a team since 2000. She started her career in the Bellevue office of Ragen MacKenzie as a Client Service Associate. She moved with Greg to McAdams Wright Ragen in 2010, and they returned to the RMG Group at Stifel in 2014. She is thrilled to be back at “home” with the RMG Group.
Over the years, Greg has relied greatly on Karen’s attention to detail, her ability to problem solve, and her knack for anticipating issues. She enjoys helping clients and feels that personalized service is key to maintaining strong relationships and keeping clients happy.

Outside of Stifel, she has worked for The Foster Foundation since 2003 and has served as the Executive Director since 2011. She lives in Seattle with her husband and two children.
Jessica began her financial services career in 2011 and joined Stifel in 2024. Prior to joining Stifel, she worked at Morgan Stanley as an intern and eventually became employed full time. She previously held a marketing position at Sodexo at Linfield College, where she worked as the team lead in implementing marketing ideas and events, as well as pioneered a marketing strategy for events on campus.
Jessica Rubino earned a bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in Marketing from Linfield College. During her college years, she played on the first Wildcat NCAA Division III National Softball Championship Team in 2007.
Jessica is the friendly voice you will hear often when you call our office. She provides Jim and their clients with marketing and technical support. Additionally, her primary administrative role is in making sure clients’ transactional requests and needs are addressed consistently and appropriately.
Jessica was born and raised in Salem, Oregon. She enjoys outdoor activities, exercising, and spending time with her husband and growing family. She commits a good amount of time as a role model to her nieces and soon-to-be nephew, where she enjoys paying forward the building blocks that molded her growing up.

Kamie Thompson is primarily responsible for client account administration and greatly values the client relationships that she has built over the years. Clients rely on her knowledge, industry experience, and her responsive, helpful service.
Kamie began her career more than 35 years ago at Murphey Favre, where she first became acquainted with Andy Campbell. After leaving Murphey Favre in 1998, she worked briefly for Morgan Stanley Dean Witter before joining Andy’s team at Ragen MacKenzie in 1999. Since that time, Kamie has become an integral resource for many at RMG Group. In addition to teaming with Andy, Kamie also supports Mark McClure, Michael Harkins, and John Anderson.
For many years, Kamie has helped and supported Treehouse, a nonprofit organization serving foster children of King County. She lives in Bellevue with her husband and three children.
Michael J.P. Tucker helps his clients grow and manage their investments by creating customized strategies for them. Estate planning strategies, annual gifting, and charitable endeavors are some of Mike’s favorite projects.
Mike started his securities career in 2000 at Ragen MacKenzie. His client mix is broad; he works with both conservative and aggressive long-term investors. Prior to working with RMG Group, Mike worked in a retail environment with The Ragen MacKenzie Group of Wells Fargo Advisors from 2003 through 2010, and he was first registered in the securities industry in 2000.
Mike earned his Bachelor of Arts at Washington State University in General Humanities. He previously served on the Board of Directors for the Timberline Community Association. He has helped coach in the Snoqualmie Valley Soccer Association and has been an active supporter of the White Pass Ski Club, Ducks Unlimited, and the nonprofit organization Treehouse.
Mike, with the help of his wife, Kristin, has rescued, fostered, and found homes for countless animals ranging from horses to hamsters.
Kevin Tucker brings nearly 40 years of industry experience to the RMG Group. Kevin began his career at Kidder Peabody & Co. in Seattle in 1985 before moving to Ragen MacKenzie in 1993. Kevin works with private clients to assess their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment time horizon, consider tax impacts, and to develop strategic investment portfolios that address their needs. He believes that the disciplined, value-based approach adds value to the wealth he helps his clients manage. He and his team provide customized strategies using stocks, bonds, and cash equivalents.
Kevin earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Washington. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Seattle Chapter of Campfire USA and has spent two years on the Ducks Unlimited Auction Committee raising money to preserve wetlands. He has volunteered and coached youth soccer and baseball for well over a decade.
He enjoys golf, hiking, hunting, and travel. He lives on the Eastside with his wife and two teenage children.
Jeff Wirth works directly with his clients to navigate the complexities inherent in wealth management by reviewing current investment plans, creating personal investment guidelines, implementing proper asset allocation (based on both risk tolerance and market valuation considerations), and assessing income needs. For more than 45 years, Jeff has been assisting families all over the country in implementing and managing their investment plan for current and future needs.
A veteran in the financial services industry, Jeff began his career at Foster & Marshall in 1979. In 1990, he helped open the Portland office of Ragen MacKenzie.
Jeff is a proud graduate of Oregon State University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. He is committed to a rigorous fitness program. He also enjoys skiing, fishing, and biking. Jeff is currently involved in Man-Up, a ministry group for men designed to provide leadership, training, and adventure to the next generation of church leaders. Jeff lives in the Portland area with his wife of 30 years. They have two grown children.
Collin began his financial services career at Fidelity Investments, where he started as a Financial Representative in 2022 before shifting into an advisory capacity as an Investment Consultant in 2023. He moved to Stifel in 2026, joining the RMG Group as a Financial Advisor.
Collin shares the team’s strong commitment to client service and has a genuine interest in long-term wealth planning and relationship building. He assesses his clients’ investment objectives, concerns, and full financial picture and then works to develop an individual investment plan that is aligned with their goals, time horizon, and risk tolerance.
Collin earned a B.A. in Economics from Colorado State University in 2021. He also holds Series 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses in addition to life, health, and variable insurance licenses.
Outside the office, Collin likes to travel, exercise, play golf, try new foods, read, watch baseball and football, and spend quality time with his friends.
